To use the membership areas such as the
Personal Reference Library (PRL), then cookies must be enabled.
To view the Full Text of an Article, you will need to have
at least the free Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. Click on the icon to
download the latest version.
If you continue to have problems, fill out the feedback
form.
When I try
to view the Full Text, my browser goes blank after downloading the
file.
Either upgrade to the latest version of Internet Explorer, or in Adobe Acrobat Reader
4, select File, Preferences, General. Under Options, uncheck 'Web Browser
Integration'.
You may experience this also under Acrobat Reader 3 and IE.
Either upgrade Acrobat Reader, or use a different browser.
